This page explains what personal data DenizHub collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the GDPR, Turkish KVKK (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) and Russian 152-ФЗ.
Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), listings you publish, messages you send, analytics events with your consent, and technical data (IP, user agent) kept for 90 days for abuse detection.
Why we process it
To operate the marketplace, respond to your inquiries, prevent fraud, and — only with your permission — improve the product through analytics and targeted communication.
How long we keep it
Account data until you request deletion. Audit logs for 12 months. Financial records for the term required by Turkish tax law (currently 10 years).
Your rights
You can export your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict its processing at any time from your account page. Email privacy@denizhub.com for anything else.
